Account Closure

Padu888 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• A member violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is evidence of fraud, identity misuse, or illegal activity.
• The member is unable to verify their identity or age when required.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the padu888 support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any real balance may be withdrawn subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, padu888 is not liable for:
